Return / Exchange Policy
- Product can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase. After the 7 day mark any request would not be catered. The product should be in its original packaging and unused.
- In case of damaged parcel, please contact us through our helpline, email or any of our socials immediately after receiving the parcel. Make sure to keep the security flyer and receipt intact as it would be needed for verification along with your order number. We will either replace the parcel or send you a full refund.
Refund Policy
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
